Braiden is a large town, with many Inns, shops, and bars. It is a beautiful town, with a great atmosphere, Only dragged down by it's unfortunate number of criminals, as the old town's guard force was corrupt. Many still come here, and use it as a holdout

Blade ran a game outside the Town's largest Tavern, which also happened to be across the road from the town's largest inn. Blade was very good friends with the Tavern's owner, and was allowed to run his game any time he pleased. the game involved three small cups, and a ball. Player's must guess which cup the ball is hidden under. Blade smiled to himself as he counted all the gold pieces in his small bag of coins. "Good people of Braiden, come see what I offer!" Blade used his hands to point at the simple game. "bet one gold piece, and win five! Just find the ball! The most simple minded of men could leave here wealthier today!" A man stepped forward "Let me play! Heres the gold!" Blade smirked and looked in the man's eyes the entire time. He placed the ball under the cup, and began shuffling them at neigh unsee-able speed. Blade stopped and said quietly "Well go ahead, choose." The man picked the one on the right, and Blade laughed before even reveling. He lifted the cup "Oh Terribly sorry sir, come back again, I'm sure you'll win next time!" Blade took the man's money as he walked away and said to himself "The simple mind of man is so easily deceived."

-------Continued from Mountain Pass-------
Klein arrived in the town close to sundown. "Phew, pretty shady place" he though to himself. He looked around the streets shuddering slghtly. "I need a place to sleep..." he mumbled. Someone overheard him and spoke "Head on over to The Sleepy Fisherman then." Klein nodded in appreciation and trotted off where he pointed. The sign of the inn showed a man asleep with a fish jumping out of the water nearby. "This must be it..." he said aloud. He looked across the way and saw a tavern with a man out front. "The most simple minded of men could leave here wealthier today!" He said. Klein was intrigued, he walked over. "What have we here?" He asked. He rummaged in his supplies and pulled out a coin. "Guess I'll play, seems easy enough" He smirked, knowing he'd be leaving with a handful of gold for a comfier bed.

Blade Smirked, and began sliding the cups, "So where are you from, Mister? Ha, and Just when I was beginning to think I had met everyone in town!"

"Im not from around here, been travelling for quite awhile." Klein said watching the cups closely. As they stopped he knew where the ball was, he couldnt be wrong. He pointed towards the center cup and smiled. "Pay up." he said.

Blade looked over the man, he realized he couldn't have had that much money, and must have been struggling. Blade thought to himself, I may run a liar's gam, but I still have a soul. I also need so show other's this game is possible. "you're sure?" Blade said drawing klein's attention to him and not the table. "yes, I'm sure" Klein said as Blade slipped the ball under the center cup secretly. He picked it up "You win! You sir earned every piece for your cleverness, and ability to keep your eye on the ball!" Blade shook his hand, and gave him the 5 coins he won.

Klein smirked and pocketed his newly won money. "Ha, now I have enough to hit the bar!" He said with a grin. He nodded at the game runner. "Nice meeting you, I didnt catch your name..." Klein said shifting out of the way and leaning against the wall of the tavern.

Mille woke up; it was almost night, but that didn't matter to him. He left the town inn (the place he had been at for the past few months) and headed towards the tavern to see what was happening in town.

The man was quickly over crowded with eager customers. Klein shrugged and walked inside, he sat down at a table and a tavern-hand came over. "What can I get you sir?' she asked. "Just some milk..." He said. "Milk? In a bar?" She asked. He nodded without saying anymore. She returned moments later with his drink and he took a sip. "Hey...Dont i recognize you from somewhere?" the tavern-hand asked. "Doubt it, im not famous or anytinhg." Klein said finishing his drink. He yawned and streched. "I better go hit the hay..." he mumbled, leaving 3 coins on the table, 2 for the milk and 1 as a tip. He walked across to the inn and handed the owner a coin for a room. "Thanks" He said walking upstairs and sitting on the bed. "Im out of here tommorow...way too shady...I wonder where I'll go next." He layed down and streched. "Maybe I'll head north then across the sea...i hear they have some good grub over there..." he said tiredly as he drifted into a sound sleep.

Narik arrived in the middle of the night in the town. "God, I hope the bloody bar is still open, but first I think I might have to put all of these bags somewhere....Eh, might as well find a place to stay for the night, I can drink tomorrow." Narik headed to the inn and rented out two rooms, one for him and one for the money.

Blade closed up his tent, and walked into the Tavern. "Elaine, I closed up the tent for the night, I'm heading home, made a killing today! I owe my luck to a poor stranger who won the game today." Elaine was working the night at the bar, as the other workers had gone home already, she said, "That's great! I thought no one ever won that game!" Blade laughed, "Neither did I, unfortunately I missed his name, he had light brown hair...average sized I'd say." Elaine perked up, "I think I'v seen him! He came in a bit a go and ordered milk, he seemed lost but he was a nice guy...he mentioned the Inn across the street." Blade smiled, "Well thanks miss, maybe we'll meet again tomorrow, I'm headed home for the night." He placed three coins on the table. "Thank you again, these are for letting me use the property." He walked a little ways down the road to his him, and walked inside. His house wasn't very big but it had a bed, and Blade was hardly home anyway. He removed his shirt and vest and layed down. "Another successful day.." He mumbled as he drifted to sleep.

Klein awoke early the next morning and walked out of his room. He began to walk slowly down the hall when he noticed one of the room doors slightly he ajar. He walked over to shut it when he noticed it was full of bags. "What the hell is in here?" He thought. He glanced around to make sure he wasnt being watched then snuck inside. He looked in one of the bags and noticed it was full of money. "Oh...oh wow" he whispered. He reached in and picked up a handful. "Theres so much here...they wont miss a few coins..." he mumbled pocketing it. He stood and walked out of the room, his supplies now full of at least 30 coins as opposed to the 3 he had the night before. He exited the Inn and walked to the tavern. He walked inside, sat down, and ordered a small breakfast from the same woman from the night before. "Leaving town today are you?" she asked with a smile as she set down his plate. "Yeah, Im heading to Redna, then across the sea." he said taking a bite of his eggs. "Across the sea?" she said with wide eyes. "Yeah, just an explorer, exploring all the areas of the world..." Klein said standing, his plate half full. He left at least 6 coins on the table, far more then the price of the meal and left. "Oh, and if you see that gamesman again, tell him I owe him one. I know what he did for me" He said over his shoulder as he walked out of the tavern and towards the North end of town. "Knew luck was shining on me yesterday." He said grinning as he exited the gates and walked along the sunny treeline, heading for the seaside town of Redna.

Mille had been in the tavern the entire night and had quietly observed the patrons as they entered and left.
A con man and an explorer. Interesting. Perhaps i'll ask to join him...Across the sea doesn't sound so bad. He closed up the book and stood outside the tavern, waiting for Blade to set up his game again. Might as well have some fun before I head out.

Blade woke up, later than usual. He stood up, slid his shirt on, and buttoned up his vest. He slid his knuckles into a small pouch beside the holster for his pistol, grabbed a bag of coins, and was on his way. He walked down the street, and noticed a man was actually waiting to play. "H..hello" Blade greeted him, puzzled. Blade opened the tent, and set up the game. "You're here to play I'd imagine? Well lay down a coin, and lets get started." Blade smirked and placed his hands on the table.

Mille looked at him, unmoved. However, he caught Blade's grin. "Don't be too surprised now," he said as he put a single gold coin on the table. "Set them up, like you always do." He grinned back after a moment, putting his hands in his pockets and waiting.
